“Lily Chen, is a dynamic committed nursing professional who has deep expertise in the specialty care of older adults both as a clinician and program planner. Her bicultural and bilingual capacity in Mandarin and Cantonese bring a special set of assets as programs and policy needs experience significant growth and exchange between the United States and China. Her dedication to assuring highly effective communication of both the medical and social aspects of aging makes her uniquely qualified to lead efforts at furthering important cross-cultural innovation.”

Ms. Jian Chen is very warm, open minded, and full of energy. She has actively participated in projects promoting collaborations between China and US in senior care sectors. When I attended the 2013 Illinois Governor’s conference on aging in last Dec, Ms. Chen coordinated all aspects of delegation needs. I am particularly impressed with her great ability to pay attentions to details, work ethics, and her thoughtfulness and graciousness. At the same time, she took an active role in preparing the delegation visit led by Illinois Department on Aging to attend 3rd China International Senior Service Expo (CISSE) in May, 2013, and promoting the Expo to US companies. She was the “go to person” for all aspects of US delegation. She served as a bridge and contributed greatly to senior care industries between US and China. ~ Xiaoli Feng, Vice President and Secretary General, China Association of Social Welfare
With Ms. Chen’s assistance, I formed and led a study group tour from Chinese Adult Education Association to the United States to participate in the nation’s senior conference program. Ms. Chen was instrumental in developing business contacts for our organization. Ms. Chen impressed us with her passion and dedication. Not only was she undeterred by any obstacles, but also possess a deep understanding of senior care industry through years of experience as a nursing professional. We feel fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Ms. Chen.
